(HOUSTON - May 31, 2008) - VT2 Studio's animation entry, "Connect Yourself", which was produced for client Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and debuted at WEC in Montreal has won a CRYSTAL AWARD in the 22nd American Marketing Association Awards competition in the category of animation. AMA Houston's Crystal Awards is the awards program that recognizes real results, which is what marketing is all about. AMA Houston is the fourth largest AMA chapter in the world indicating entrants were vying against some of the elite from one of the most prestigious awards programs in the world of marketing. The "Connect Yourself" animation/video was designed to WOW MPI's Opening General Session and to enhance MPI's key message to 'connect yourself within the industry'. VT2 Studios utilized 2D and 3D effects as well as layering of original footage shot in their soundstage. In addition to playing the video on large screens, the graphics were designed to play on a transparent Stealth LED screen which produced a 3D effect for the audience. In addition, a custom music score was created to enhance the visual design. This years winning entry, "Connect Yourself", was produced for VT2 client Meeting Professionals International (MPI) for their 2007 World Education Congress held in Montreal, Canada. In September of 2005, VT2 Studios was awarded a three year production contract with MPI to produce their 2007 - 2009 Professional Education Conference-North America (PEC-NA) and World Education Congress (WEC) events.
